The hotel was located just next door to nice shops, gourmet food stores, cafes and restaurants and public transport. The staff were accommodating and amazingly nice all the time. Got the same well heated and neat room with all comfort booked online, liked that. The Irish bar was available on the premises.

The bathroom was spacious enough, with two towels provided for each of us, and we appreciated the fast free Wi-Fi. The location was fantastic, just a 10-minute walk to Montmartre, and we loved the charming breakfast corner with delicious options available for only 8 euros.

The location is very close to the transportation. So, it is easy to catch the train and bus. There is a famous attractive point near by the hotel. It's called Basilique du Sacre-Coeur.
It would be nice if the hotel include a breakfast to the room.

The location was great, the rooms were ok, the breakfasts were good.and it is reasonably priced. The hotel is being refurbished so will be even better if we decide to go again.
Some parts needed painting etc, noticed peeling wallpaper in corridor

missingWrote a review on 12 Novgreat locationbroken toiletclogged shower
The location is a short walk from Sacre-Coeur.
I encountered numerous maintenance issues, including a broken toilet seat and a clogged shower drain that flooded the bathroom. The staff initially seemed attentive, but their lack of follow-through left me frustrated. The room's decor was shabby and felt neglected.

The hotel staff were the best part of the stay. They made me feel very welcome and were quite helpful. A staffer at the front desk even went so far to print off directions for me to my next destination. The hotel also offers free Wi-Fi and a reasonable, simple breakfast for 6 Euros. The room featured a balcony and a tv. I also loved the charming wood spiral staircase (but there also is a small elevator).
This is a very simple, budget hotel. I think it works well for one or two nights. My room was clean and well-maintained. The bed was not extremely comfortable, but I slept fairly well. It was nice to open the windows for a natural breeze during the day, as there isn't any air conditioning. The bathroom I had was clean and looked quite nice. The walls are thin, so I could occasionally hear my neighbors.

Best you can get with this cheap prizes. I'll definitely stay in the same hotel if it's not summer next time as they dont have air condition in their rooms. Its the only missing thing. Unlike the comments from other people the wifi internet works perfectly and rooms are not so noisy. I def recommend the hotel. The staff is great.
It would be better if they have a/c in their rooms

A cozy retreat in Montmartre
The hotel had a bright and airy atmosphere. Waking up to the view of the lovely park was a good surprise, and the quick access to cafes enriched our morning strolls.
The room felt cramped and lacked some basic comforts like cups for the kettle. Although the staff was polite, there were moments of maintenance issues that could have been better addressed.

Excellent location in a quiet street only about 30 metres to the metro line. Helpful staff that securely looked after our bags from early morning arrival and a late evening departure
Very small bathroom. Shower head height only being set with sellotape, so it gradually slides back down.

This was the third time we have stayed at the hotel - such good value for money, very clean and warm. The position is ideal for seeing Paris as the metro is near and its not too far to walk to the centre.
We have always visited Paris in the winter and the hotel is always lovely and warm, most welcoming.
